Start with identity and completeness
Confirm that the photographed item is the product and option you ordered. Count pieces, accessories, spare parts and detachable components. Compare colour in more than one photo because warehouse lighting can shift tone.
Use category-specific checks
Clothing
Look for front and back views, visible stitching, print alignment and measurements against the seller’s size chart. A size tag alone does not prove fit.
Shoes
Compare the pair together, outsole, heel alignment, toe shape and size tag. Packaging can materially increase parcel weight.
Bags and accessories
Check dimensions, closures, straps, corners, interior and included hardware.
Electronics
A photograph can confirm visible condition and included pieces, but not battery health, safety certification, internal components or long-term performance.
